[Tutorial] How to make your name invisible on Darkorbit.

Hello people,

Many players asked Mindrek many times how to make your name invisible. He forgot how to do it. But i know the way to do it easy!



At first you need to copy this: ͛͛͛͛͛͛ (It could be hard to copy it. So i suggest to Open a quote to copy it)

At 2nd hold your alt button and push 752 (alt+752).

After putting it all in, it should become like this:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

NOTE: It will fail if you don't see the small ' on the left side, And if you keep failing for it. PM me and i will do it for you on Teamviewer. :)

ALSO RECOMMENDED BROWSER SHOULD BE CHROME. IF YOU DO IT WITH A ANOTHER BROWSER IT WILL FAIL.

If its just for in non-chat purposes you can use some chinese/japanese symbols. THey will appear in chat, but you will be invisible in game.

Pro tip: Just turn off all names, everyone's invisible. Game's way less tilting that way

It doesnt work for me too but maybe i am to toxic for it.

So what is the exact method after first 2 steps? I copy the first symbol, then i ctrl+v into new name space, and press alt+752 it writes out this:

Hello, Small thing to i need to tell, This method seems to work with Ge1, but in another servers it may work better.

Hmm guys. Bugpoint has a thread on their official forum, that everyone that "exploits" this to have invisible names will get banned with no prior warning. Caution advised

It was more likely about those that spams the Hall Of Fame and Chat, however, this kind of name will be actually punishable as in chat and in Hall of Fame it looks weirdo. I haven't yet seen anything about invisible names tho.

Well at least in Portuguese/Brazilian forums it's been warned out.

TLDR; Players nick names and clan tags with invisible characters:

Players that use special invisible characters or the name at all invisible to exploit bugs and everything else, will be punished the following way:

-Chat ban
-Ingame account ban
-Banned from changing nickname??? (WHICH makes absolutely sense to get this ban after your account is banned but oh well?)

When I copy that symbol I keep getting: Unwanted character :(
