I found you some info about it:
For some reason I can't install Prefab3D, it says the installer is broken. I managed to load a model in Away Builder, but you can't export it.

EDIT: I've been reading a bit about Adobe AIR (used by Prefab3D) and looks like the certificate used to sign the AIR install has expired on 30th Oct 2017. Just set your computer date to a previous date and you can install it without any problems.
