Setting up SQL and database what next?

Hi guys I'm trying to set up a9 12 class dekaron server but there too many folder and i don't know where to start after setting up SQL and database. I know how to set up a2 dekaserver cuz there only 7 folders in hellerspider files but the A9 12 class file have more than 20 folders. Please watch video any help me out...thanks you

What version of sql server that you use?
