Buff Stack without L2W

I used the search engine but nothing,
all topics are about buff stacks with L2W but i have to say that one guy made me 3 accumens and i was

so there is a way WITHOUT L2Walker but how?

Anyone knows?

Yes there is someone i know on the Illicit Awakening server does this, he somehow crashes or disconnects.
