BUG ' HACK PROTECTION '

Hello, can someone help me solve a bug, where when I open the 4story it pops up the following message 'HACK PROTECTION HAS IDENTIFIED A PROBLEM (10301)'
Only for Windows 10 platforms, Laucher is not because it has already been changed 3 times could someone help us?

does the server have gameguard or hackshield?
gameguard detects the changed d3d9.dll in the gamefolder (if you have win10) as a hack.
the hackshield detects other programs like bandicam as a hack and closes the game (very stupid .-.)
