Is There a CF Mega Lotto hack/cheat/program/software/application?

we(its not only me who needs it) need a hack for Mega Lotto for crossfire[preferably philippines].. we only need to get 1 item thats all.. from this lotto.. if u did this thousands will be very happy.. :)

or tips to how to get the item we need.. the lotto we want is Dragon(or red) AWM.. the total number of items gonna be randomed are 11..
