Asking about rumors of the new anti bot scripts?

Helo guys!

I have an admin friend in hu1 server, and he said they will implement a new anti bot scripts. I'm asking you guys have you heard anything about that in other servers from other admin sources? I'm just curious and i can't get this rumor so serious that's why i ask it here maybe somebody have another info.

First of all thats what people say the whole time since 2013 and no huge banwave has been done yet - noone knows if/when it happens untill it happend so therefore theres no reason to ask.

Secondly the biggest bot (DOB) is dead and that was the only public packetbot out there so its too late now, I dont think they have some good way to detect and proof ur using pixelbots so you should be good to go...

Thirdly admins dont know such things, they dont get this important big information from BigPoint even if there would be something like this coming.

I think ever since Ibot wave, there has been no big ban wave. They have been saying this non-sense since the start of time. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say nothing is going to happen. The only packet bot that will remain is Golem, which isn't very popular at the moment anyways. So i think we're good here.

If BP wanted to do something against botting, they would have done it years ago when the player base was greater.
