Reflex Rohan - Private Server [DEC-17]

Hi Guys i just discovered good Rohan, Item Mall is still on development.
They already running since 2014 maybe older.. The owner of the server isn't shut it down, he's just innactive. Player leave because of the Reborn system after Open Beta [02 Dec 17]. This is fresh Rohan maybe you can be senior here.

What is this? Either the forging is 100%, 60% or Disabled. Which is it?
Intense PVP? With only 2 people playing? Wow, that is seriously intense :D
Farm to win? I guess when you are not in that intense PVP, you must be farming. I guess you kinda have to with no IM.

You really need to put up a lot more detained info about that server.
