does anyone have an up-to-date NPC ID list? mine is too old and all the ones i've located are either incomplete or so jacked up that half the info in them is wrong. thanks

You can always extract the latest NPC list out of a client.
Extract the client, open the NPCQuest.Sdata and enjoy your NPC list.
