How do i post a link with proof?

So i got scammed and i have plenty of proof however when i post a link to the evidence on the support ticket it just has an X next to it and wont let me post it.
How do i put the evidence in a format so i can actually create the ticket.

Have you used the Request A Trade Function for this trade?
Because in this box you are asked for the corresponding trade url.
