reselling accounts pb

hi,
i want to know are people reselling accounts protected by the term of service they fix ? like im not responsible for anything that happen to the account after the sell.
and if somone give you -1 tbm cuz Something happen to the account would the mods remove it if they see your term of service?

i found this in the rules. does this apply to orginial information of a lol account

the seller is always responsible for the prodect he sell also in case of account recover from or through a third person.

Forget about their stupid term most of them are shit.

Otherwhise i could a sentence in a spoiler terms “im not responsible for paypal chargeback“. ;)

Just my point view. Because if i for example say “im not responsible for an account recovery“ it give you a whitecard to sell stolen accounts in my point of view.

In fact i would not trade with those guys as it smells like shit.

in fact i saw lot of people in tbm support section complaining about recovery while the seller posted in his TOS that he dont take responsibly after sale.
the mods arnt responding in that case so i wanted to know if there is rules in the forum regarding the lifetime warranty of the accounts.
