u need to be extremly lucky to do this , There is no method to build cheap gates ( Except palla collecting ) But that makes no diffrence as ¬500 Energy is Almost never Enough to build even Alpha gate

Well if you have premium + rebate and you open it on weekends, you will be able to build them cheaper than normal. However it all depends on luck. While it might take more clicks on one day to open a certain gate, the other day you might be able to open the same gate cheaper.
Here is some statistical stuff which is interesting to read and describes how you should click if you get the same part twice while opening gates (use them immediately in the next turn except for the abg gates):
