403 Forbidden

Hello guys this is the first time I encounter this error, I can’t log in my pc using my WiFi because everytime I enter the site elitepvpers.com it gives me this 403 forbidden error nginx, it’s been almost 12hrs now. I used my phones data to log in cause evrything seems fine but if I use my WiFi I get this error, can someone please help.

Try to change your ip address. You can either restart your router if you have a dynamic ip address or use a vpn/proxy to access elitepvpers.

I don’t know why it would be block in the first place, since I haven’t done anything wrong, and ok I’ll try to restart it
