FMResource tool Problem !!!!!!

Hey guys I have a problem I downloaded FMResource Tool for Senario hack and I ran it as administrator , I selected settings and S4 League folder but when I press Load or Load From and select Resource.s4hd I always get this message , I read the message good and I have LZOManaged.dll and I installed Microsoft c++ Vision Studio 2012-2013-2015 but still same problem Help me please solving this problem . Thank you
