Simple text menu (arrow key menu)

As I have no use for this anymore, I'm releasing it.

It's probably better to either
- generate a lambda that returns the menu names on the stack
- use immediate mode rendering
- encrypt the strings in heap and decrypt them onto the stack
for game hacking tbh. A lot of anticheats scan for strings in the heap nowadays.
