although this filter was made for my private use but since i no longer have interest in sro, so here it's

- FarmManager (inter-process communication support)
- CHMS (Filter is able to get server up if it detects that it crashed), also
this includes full packet report from all server nodes (for ex, if you are running
multiple agent servers you will have full image since all filter hosts will report just to
one instance - where FarmManager is)
All settings are stored in JSON format.
