what does the banned under name means

hi,
there a guy who have banned Under his name who sell an account.
what does this banned mean why hes still actif.

It means that he is banned and obviously not active. Probably just an old post.

Besides he is using a member titel saying "Banned". Important is that his name is striked through. Take me as example.

Maybe he just changed his title among the name? Like you can change "Senior Member". Preferably you link us the user or picture.

If there’s a strike through the name, as Max said, he’s banned .. otherwise it may just be a title he put in.

If the name has a strikethrough like this for example, then he/she is banned, if its under his/her name then its just a tittle, you can change that anytime

Means the user is banned or has multiple accounts and all banned?

Might be temp banned or got banned after he wrote you :P

you will never know the reason why a user will be banned or how long he will be banned.
