That map editor will not delete navmesh/collision if that's what you're looking to do.

it will , if you know to it works and how to use it , i was the first one who released that source and i was able to remove a Bridge in ong area

Indeed.

I just can say that I was able removing the southern Baghdad gate and those spiky fences to the eastern part of the town.
