Well its pay to play if u chose option second option. But if you are normal player and not hacker you will register for free. And ofc if you are hackers you won't like this system since u cant create multiple accs and hack whenever you want. We got good community now. Got rid of a lot of hackers and everyday over 10-15 new verified members register. So if you don't like this idea or system you are free to go somewhere else. Hf.

he's totally right that hackers won't really have a 2nd chance to hack - they can donate everytime 5€ to hack again and get banned then, but no1 will do that.
if you show once your ID you are registered and play for free all time. :D
