Rare - Lawsuit case - ECSRO

So it has been a really long time since ECSRO closed, maybe the most of you cant even remember.

ECSRO was a great part of my life and when i was playing there i was like really deep in it. I had constant contact with one of the GM's there called "ZeraPain" and even got connected with "Maya" and "Victor" the leaders of "Swsro" on QQ. And they were in touch with the man nobody really knows called "Ocean"(owner of ECSRO)...

Long story short i recently went trough my Dropbox account and saw that I still own the full Lawsuit case of ECSRO documents.

I've great nostalgic feelings with this and because these documents aren't avaliable anywhere anymore , I want to give maybe some of you that ACTUALLY still CARE to have the opportunity to get these files.

It's three documents wich contains about 48. charges against ECSRO

where joymax sued ECSRO for $ 2.500.000

I never got to know how it ended, at my perspective they only had the real name of the polish silk seller called "GRZEGORZ GRYCUK" and he got sued about $100.000.

So if anyone has information about how it has ended and if they ever got the real identity of "Ocean" I would be glad to see anyones answer to this topic.

TLDR: ECSRO admin(s) didn't have to pay anything. There was a website called goldsold.pl where you could buy ingame currency and items for various online games, including ECSRO. The owner of the website (polish guy) got fucked pretty hard.

ah thanks for the links.. so they couldn't even find out the identity of "Ocean" or why did'nt the ECSRO admin's have anything to pay ?

If they dont find you, you dont have to pay.

If Joymax was to find out that suing was worth it, they'd continue suing other private servers that followed ecsro... and we couldn't see as many pservers as we see today

As far as i remember Eike Sibbers was a douchebag against everyone pretty much unless they weren't germans or talking nicely about his godzilla girlfriend (Yes she looked like Godzilla). At the end we had a greedy turk called KingLi that got his hands on the files and threatened to release the files unless he didnt get a GM spot. They ended up giving him a GM spot on the least crowded server (VIP) and you could literally feel the bad energy vibes through the screen once he got it.
