*The Game Name is PirateFight :P or (maybe not) i do not know how to name it now ..

Hello me and my friend develop a new game similar to old seafight.
This game will be for android and game is developed in unity engine(difficult
)..
*We are started develop this game 2 weeks ago ...

perfect, but are you sure that being a copy or incitement to a copy of a game created by BP can not claim you copyright?

After redesigned .. BP can not say anything.
And I do not think it because my game will have a story and it will be different, but there will be some elements of the old seafight.

Make it better. Do it by yourself and then call other projects "Shit" if your project is better.

First of all, it's Poczatki (or BlueMagic since these two are nicnkames of one person) levlevulva(or smth else).
I guess spelling nickname properly makes difference, right ?

Secondly, the only thing that can be considered "shit" is what you leave in your wc after you're done.

Thirdly, you can start with making something yourself before you call someone else's work "shit" since you made less effort than that someone whom at least tried and made that shit which you couldn't nor didn't want to do yourself.
