How to create a website to register in the DB?

So if anybody knows how to create one, with the design as the korean website... Or ENG one.. etc, please i just want to know it thanks! :bandit:

Press F12 on a website.
Press CTRL+S and safe the site.
Add missing media afterwards in the html and add the code you need (in your case i prefer PHP and SQL) to the forms.
