Simple the length of the bar or scroll bar is depending on how many slots in your inventory if your slot is 42 in inventory probably your Scroll bar will length like what you want if more than 42 your scroll bar will length like in your right inventory si if you want that in left change your inventory max slots that's the answer in your problem,
