rSro pls help

Hi epvp community
I have a question.
So i wonder how can i have normal russian letters in game , i mean when i write in ms word whit russian letters every thing is fine they look like they should , but when i write my nickname i see letters in form of these (example) > ßää
Do i need download some kind of lang. pack or something like that ?

Its realy annoying .
i can't read player nicknames etc.

Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Advanced, select Russian restart pc.
It worked for me.

Or so you dont have to restart your come to change language every time use applocale...shows you how to use it in this guide.
