Advice plz

hey, yesterday i paid some money for an account. i have not received the details yet and want to get my money back through paypal.
the guy i paid had a decent BM rating and the trades he has done so far look legit, but he has only replied to 1 mail from me.
he said he cant give me the details yet because he changed the password yesterday and he cant login anymore. i have given him till 11am gmt (10mins from now to return my money or give me the details) but he has not logged in to see the message yet.
i have all the mail still that we sent to each other before and after the trade but am not sure what to say to paypal.
any1 have any advice for me?

u got scammed ... u wont get anything

tell us who scammed u....

+ you can tell paypal what happend

and that they had to refuse the money

it take some time but mabe you had a chance to get back
your money

(did you had screens or chatlogs of the trade?)

best way is to call paypal

issue partially resolved just waiting for email details. thnx all for advice

as for the buyer, if you ever have problems talk to paypal and explain the situation over the telephone and they will stop the payment and open an investigation, but be clear about it and get them to talk you through everything.

in future, if you ever need to you should be able to stop the payment.
