Want to use a Bronze account (most likely free boost)

Hello, i'm just looking to use a bronze account to practice a champion.

Whilst im using this account, i'll also have a positive winrate so it will be boosted for free since im Dia 1.

i have eune bronze 3 but honor lvl 1. i got scammed when i bought it in honor level is it against your Policy ?
