This is an incomplete database, based on the Japanese *leaked* server files:

you can't do much with it, but if you just want to take a look at the SRO DB build, then it's the perfect thing for you.

From glance it doesnt look like this has character db

yeah a character database able to open in sql to view tables would be nice :D
