is there anyway to code or to have an already made tool to just spam people inside the game through normal chat which causes an instant dc or crash if they're using any kind of bots ? like sbot or mbot ?

not sure if the 10 seconds block is just clientsided
but you can use any bot & tweak it a little bit [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
hilog can do that
just insert 100k+ lines in the commands table and you're good to go
