VN files can make the refinement up to +15. There are many downsides, though. Like, you can't play on Windows 10 (after "Anniversary update" build I think) unless you deal with Hackshield (and Vietnamese guys) issues.

Files are way newer than leaked US files, but it's hard to make them work because you need to spend a lot of time reverse engineering the stuff. Also, it's kind of hard to get your hands on such files.

You should start by learning some English grammar mate.
