2 important questions

good afternoon everyone,i have 2 questions and if anyone is willing to answer i will apreciate that.

1) does the preseason mmr counts in the s8 placements? I mean lets say ima platina 5 atm and i grow mmr to plat 3 will it counts for next season placement?

2)i got a 14 days ban like 2 monts ago(unjustified but i doeshnt matter).Will i get at least the screen banner or completely nothing?

Of course your MMR matters. You have a chance to raise your MMR now, before Season 8 hits but you also have a chance of decreasing your MMR :)

Unfortunately, you wont get anything.
