I'm looking somebody to lvl up my Latin North America acc, is lvl 19, has enough rp to buy a 3 day exp boost, I want it to be hand leveled, not botted. Going with the cheapest offer.

I can do it for $15. I'd recommend starting in pre-season though, they are lowering the amount of XP needed to level.

The irony is that they haven't lowered the amount of time it takes to level, just the amount of games you need to play but because you are reliant on first win of the day it increases the amount of time it takes to level to 30 :mofo:

Unless you play the same amount of games you normally would, but now you get a first win every day

If you play the same amount as before in the same time frame even with the first win every day, it takes longer - the new system punishes you for powerleveling and rewards you for playing less.
