[Request] New Top Halo

Hey everyone ! im new on this comunity ! EPVP maybe are can help much ppl !
I used source Tuner 5165 version ! And im tryed make new Top Halo! Like Top Spouse/Top FB.SS /Top LastMan! and no work anyone can help me to generate code for this !

It would be one thing if you needed help figuring something out and you had progress made, but asking for people to code a full system for you is just spam. "Demands for code", etc. Is there any progress you've made towards this that we can actually help with? I know from looking at your bitflags that things are pretty unsorted as it is. You have a mix of hex, decimal, and bit shifts.... It's pretty awful.
