but later on, when the person actually joins hes on his own, he receives no help or anything else and most likely the guild is dead

How to know what server is, than you see server in non chinese letters, kinda strange letters?

You need to install chinese language pack, and then you can compare the chinese server names with the translated server names at c-sro.com or c-sro.eu :)
