Reincarnation Issue

So i was actually testing the rebirth master NPC and i found out when i was tryig to reincarnate a character that the pop-up menu doesn't appear when pressing " Reincarnate " option.

I've been trying to search for the error inside C# but i couldn't solve it out i'm wondering if it's a client sided issue or could be fixed from C#..... need your assistance with this matter.
