Adding New Teleport Coordinates

I want to add dekane mines in my teleport system how can it posible to do that can anyone help me? :handsdown:

CASE -> Optional ID , D3DXVECTOR3 -> Teleport Cordinate, dwWorldID = 1 -> ID of your World (Check defineWorld.h); break -> End..
