What Files do you use ? ;)

Do you use CHAR_CREATE_JOB ? -> 'Job'
Country => Country System, Deaktivate it or create a new ResData entry...

Which Language did you setup in your ODBC?

I'm not sure if this was the solution, but try to change the language to english in your odbc (charachter dbf). It actually could help.

In fact it does. If you have the language set to German in your ODBC you get this problem.
Just look at what lumi said.

Bullshit.

Setting the SQL login's language affects functional behaviour, including default datetime format.

The ODBC language that you set only affects error and logging messages of the ODBC driver.

But yeah, keeping thinking that and ignore stuff that you're reading when setting up dsn. :)
