Hi, I faced a problem. It is wired for me. It is the first time to happen, anyway, When i add any line in the skilleffect, The Effect won't work, But, If i edited any line in the skilleffect, it works. So I mean
If i add any new line > It won't work
If i edit any existed line > It works.
I tried to take the whole skilleffect.txt from another games. Which the effect that i want, is working there. It is not working too, I don't know what is the problem in this skilleffect.txt So Maybe someone managed to solve this problem & I know how to add any line in the skilleffect, But i dunno really what is going on with this skilleffect.

2 things might be causing an issue:
The group declaration (if it's a skill, something like SKILL_CH_BLA_FUSION_A) might be missing or you are using the wrong string (which might be something like SKILL_CH_BLA_FUSION_A_01, which will only apply the effect to only that specific level of that skill, like the separated +3 +5 +7 etc effects),

Or, which I vaguely guess, what happened to me while adding over the limit item mall items to the database and client:
It simply won't register anymore. I have had an issue back in 2013, where new added item mall items would not show any specified prices, just "0 Silks", while the actual price was been calculated correctly.

There are two parts , skill animation and skill effect
If you paste both of them in skill animation side or both of them in skill effect side wont work

That might be even a valid point.
E.g. I am gathering my skilleffects on excel, which will reform "0.0" values to a simple "0", when not changing the field's property (text, figure, explizit math, etc).

I don't think it is gonna help, But here you are.
I dunno what is the problem in this skilleffect. I tried 232132 times & It is not my first time to add anything in this fucking skilleffect I would be glad if someone fixed to me this problem.

Well formatting is correct, also adding new lines is working smoothly as you could see in the file. Some server added new lines into it:

I don't want to waste my time searching for more stuff. You could maybe point to your own stuff, it is simply easier then.

ESC -> Options -> Graphics -> Scroll Down -> Sell All Effects :)

that's the whole skills effect, what's the skill name which you're not able to enable it in game?
