Create on you bin/data the file ServerCmd.ini
and put on this file
[SERVERTIME]
Hour=-3
Minute=-2
Example if u windows have 23:03
and you need what on server clock show 22:00
in hour use -1
and in minute -3
there you will be subtracting 1 hour and 3 minutes at your current time. And that is the one that will be displayed on your server (Inside the game)
