Help me to make a shaiya server with wing

Can anyone help me by saying that I need to make a server with ep 5.4 with wings, suits and pets? or a server ep 6.3 or 6.4? What things do I need to modify or install? for example which db or which client or which files? I do not need to be given a link for things to download, but, to tell me what things I need to add or modify.
