how add file in pack.d00?

I mean Creating pack.d00 not Extract

you need DIV files [make the folder to DIV] make update and the new folders are in the Data.hd

I think you need to use the new launcher from global dekaron to do this.
just pack your files/folders in divs and make the launcher read your update folder.
