How is the iSRO servers?

Hello Epvp!

The question is just what i typed in Title, more specifik im wondring how Bellona och Feronia are as servers. I have looked cople of video on youtube and there are a bit of pvp videos and FW videos and the FW looks really nice huge wars.

So how are they is it reallyt that nice as it seems or thats total bullshit?

I ask cuz im thinking of buying a high end char and starting on one of those servers. So any kind of information would be nice :D

Old iSRO servers are bad.
If you want to give iSRO a try again go to Aeolus or Xian (Only Chin).
They are the newest servers. Aeolus started back in January. Xian in April or May.

However, people are using their own Buff Party in Fortress Wars and stuff like that.
Thats why it looks like there is a high participation. But in the end you probably have around 10 or 20 players with their own party. It clearly is not like in the old days where you were not even able to enter the Fortress because it was full eventhough a lot of players were outside :D

Also an important note about fortress war: You have 1 to 3 players that rule everything. Simply because they got VIP (VIP), Premium Plus, High Plus Set, Full Blue, Full wheeled, Academy Buffs. In other words: You are not even able to kill them with 50 players (not joking at that point) if they are buffed (not even full buffed). You can not even escape them if you are using berzerker because they will be faster than you thanks to the speed buffs they get. And do not forget: If you do not have berzerker potions from the event (the potions that do not have any delay) you are useless too :D .

tl;dr
If you do not want to spend hunderets of dollars/euros/whatever every month you do not even have to try to help at fortress war. It would be a waste of time.

The thing is that i dont wanna play on pservers any more ... im tired of that shit people play for 3-4 weeks and then they finde some kind of reason to cry and leav and the servers dies like 3 - 4 weeks after that so all time & money you put in to that just disapears :(

Me2, I dont have patiente for private servers anymore. Xian and Aeolus are active right now, if you want to start in a fresh server try one of them. iSro is shitty but its stable at least.

On the other hand, if you want to play in old isro servers, many of them are active for PvP, Wars, FW, Job Wars and etc. You can easily find and buy a strong char with nice 14d-15d stuff from someone, cuz many ppl are selling accounts, just take care cuz there is a lot of scammers around, much more than before.

I left Aeolus back in July. Simply bacause it became boring.
Besides that a lot of players also started (or completly) on Xian.
Result was: Less activity on the server. Eventhough some players still played on Aeolus (Multiclient FTW). Also Aeolus got Cap 110 (which includes DG 12 and stuff like that). Cap 110 was the point where I originally planned to leave. Simply because it the game becomes even more P2W. But yea.

Anyways, I do not regret starting over there. It was a really fun time. I still have contact with some of my old guild mates and if they do not lie some people even came back to Aeolus and the activity became better. PeaceEmpire + Blitzkri3g + Random Guild vs. Heaven + FallenAngels + Random Guild.

Eventhough these guilds had (active) >40 people most of the time not everyone from these guilds showed up at Fortress War. Usually you had around 8 - 20 people from every guild.

Every week the same. In the end it was the same since Aeolus first started. With the difference that FallenAngels originated in another guild. But most players were the same. If I am right Heaven and FallenAngels do not exist anymore. But they probably just merged into a new guild. Blitzkri3g and PeaceEmpire are still there. Probably the oldest guilds on the server right now.

I can not speak for Xian. But that fact that a lot of players already switched back to there old server should say everything. In terms of activity it should be the same like on Aeolus right now.
If I were you I would not even think of starting again. But if you want then I would decide between these two servers. Especially because JCPlanet is hosting these servers. Which means Free Sun Weapons until DG 9, 100K SP (remember to use a JC Planet account). Another advantage could be: Joymax started banning a lot of people a few months ago because they were botting (lel). After JCPlanet saw that the servers were empty JCPlanet announced that botting is allowed on their servers. But on JM servers people still had trouble with banns. After 1 or 2 months also Joymax suddenly stopped banning people. But a few weeks later they started banning again for a few days. But even that sopped. But I guess it is still not safe to bot if you do not have VIP Silver or higher (VIP Silver, Gold etc. made it safe to bot. Anti Bot detection did not work if you got these badges).

tl;dr
- I would not start playing again
- If you want to play on a only Chin server => Xian
- If you do not care about Euros or Chins => Aeouls

Im not sure what im going to do, I was kind upp for some of the old servers but that only seems like a dumb idea.

Not really upp for going on a new server cuz that is just like joining a pserver ^^ kinda looking for something that have been upp and runing for a while :D.

No one of you guys know any kind of game that look/are like sro?

Have been a bit like a mmo whore in the last years tryed out alot of stuffs but nothing gave the sro feeling.

Joining old servers is much more like joining private Servers.
Too much gold, to much high level equipment, basically zero "low level" players.
Which means: It is hard to level up. Especially from 90 - 100 thanks to the Jangan Cave.
On new servers chances are higher that you are able to find some players in your level ^__^

To your other question: No. There is no other game like SRO. Many player tried to find an alternativ. But no one found a good one. SRO is pretty special in terms of "individuality". Thats why a lot of players are still stucked to it. Even when they are playing or a pServer or visiting the game every few months. There is something special with that game that no other game really has.

Best thing you can do: Find another game that is good. There are so many out there. But do not try to find any similarity with SRO.

I dont know fenster3000, There is no fun / good games that are in the samme class as SRO :( , just have to wait and see xD

Yeah, the current iSro in general its not worth to play, i would recomend to find another game, like fester said. I sold my char in bellona few months ago and finally left isro.

Cap80 low rates, there is old screens, old alchemy/config/bar/exchange windows, SoX itens are rare here, like it used to be someday. Almost 900 ON, ip limit2. You can also use the 3 JOBS (Hunter+Trader+Thief) in same time. While playing, i saw lots of job wars around the map, seems pretty active. I was not even playing privates servers harder, but being honest, I'll spend some time here :)

iSRO is dead play pservers for fun :)

well in my experience pserver is for fun purposes only, if u wanna play 5 years or more go for isro...
