[Help] Msg Server Error?

Hey everyone When i run my Msg Server for my Server it opens up and says

13:46:46¡¾0¡¢Init Database thread...¡¿
13:46:47¡¾1¡¢Init world thread...¡¿
13:46:47¡¾2¡¢Init map group thread...¡¿
13:46:47¡¾Kernel logic closing...¡¿

And then it Just shuts off.

Does anyone know how to fix this Thanks :)

ERROR Logs for MSG.exe found: ...\syslog\SZ_SERVER YYYY-MM-DD.LOG


... = msg.exe directory
YYYY = Year example 2010
MM = Month example 12 (December)
DD = Day of month example 28
