I'll go straight to the point.
I'm looking for a patner which can easily do front-end such as css/html mostly (js will be optional) and im currently building up a social network but as it is going to drain all my time i'll need some extra help in terms of front-end.
I'm not paying because i dont require full time front-end, just if someone wants to join and help when he can, he'll be welcome and i'm up to explain the project behind this.
P.S : Using codeigniter for backend and maybe Angular for front-end but it'll depend since i'm workin' on the backend encryption and oauth.
