Someone left a comment in my thread that I am a scammer, could you please remove his post otherwise could he provides us with some proofs?

Just use the report system of elitepvpers for that.
To use the report system click on the exclamation mark on the left bottom of the post you want to report. Then enter the reason why you want to report the post e.g. "accussing me of scamming" and send the report, a moderator of the section will then take care of it.

That is the report button:
