its not allowed but not just for playing they are saying not allowed because they know when you get stolen from your friend you are going to send a complain to them and they cant do anything and i am here in egypt playing lol with VPN from 2 years because our Companies in egypt they say we dont allow people to play online games.
Summary: Its ok :D to play you will not got banned i am playing also on my friend's account and VPN as i told you i use it alot no worries
