Well.. I tried to download a few h4x0rs for Conquer Online. No matter which I try, the .bat files get a message saying there isn't enough system resources, and I need to close some programs, yet I have no programs open. plx giv meh hlp lolz

Check your system's registry size. i.e. Try rebooting your PC.
