how people have so much seprom on lasers(6 millions and more)??

There was a pretty good big bug for Seprom like 4-5 months ago where most people made xxx milions of it for free, also there has been few seprom bugs after it which were not that big but still made some seprom. Currently there is no public seprom bug anymore working.
