Login at your Homepage with a Administrator Account.
Enter the Backend-Panel...
Try to Set the Account from the User in Maintaince Mode.
Now the Password is the new one, you Set for Account Maintaince Mode...
Unban the Account via SQL Command or Database (manual) Login, Check the Account...
Change the Password again if anything is OK...
To give it the User Back?
If No, Ban the Account again?
