Server options

Would a server with the settings below be a good idea?

CAP 80 CH ONLY
LOW LOW RATES
NOT ALLOWED BOT
NO EDITS
ORIGINAL ISRO DROP SYSTEM
ORIGINAL UNIQUES ONLY
AND BLA BLA BLA

Happened already, Black Pearl, Cap 80, exp rate x10 everything else x1 (including job) and default. It worked yea, but there are many big servers coming so I wouldn't open it unless you actually add something to it to make it attractive.
