Error : Item Open fail

Good day everyone , i want to ask about this error . every time i buy on dshop it show "Deka Item present server error : code" . can someone tell me how to fix this ?:rtfm:

uhhh how to explain it to you so that you understand...

The server displays 'item open fail' only if you have an item that isnt supported by the server. What I mean is that your database contains item data that the server cannot find in the CSV files. I assume you didnt edit the files so there's nothing to worry about since the item data was saved by someone else using different file set that supported the item.

it means that , srvr not compatible with my client ? or srver not compatible with db?

it only means that your itemxxx.csv files dont have the item. it gets automatically deleted so you really have nothing to worry about.

That's the good thing . how can i fix this error , i have tried to add the missing item but still getting the error , i think im wrong , what is the right way?

copy itemchash.csv from server to client thats all
